    This is useful, thanks. But I suggest annealing the plastic because it may crack or break apart unexpectedly at some time in the future. To do this, heat it to about 80C (180F) for 1hr/mm of thickness (6hrs for 6mm) and let it cool slowly in the oven. This will relieve the invisible stress from sawing, bendinig it with the heat gun, and drilling holes.
